Decree of the Italian PM - Worker mobility and no transport restrictions

The Decree defines the prohibition of movements throughout Italy except for proven reasons: working needs, serious family needs and health reasons.

The proven working needs include all business activities: production activities, work activities and transport.

Goods may enter and exit the areas mentioned; carriers may therefore enter and exit as well as move within the affected areas, but only for delivery and/or collection purposes.

Cross-border workers may also enter and leave the territories concerned to reach their place of work and return home, unless they are subject to quarantine or have tested positive for the virus.

Oesse remains 100% operational and has set up an internal committee, in direct connection with the relevant government authorities, which monitors compliance with all the precautionary measures adopted and constantly supervises the integrity of the entire supply chain and its logistics.
