Having this conviction, we recently organized a basketball-themed team building day, which involved us in a day of combining education and play.
Marco Mordente, former captain of the Italian national basketball team and today an inspirational speaker, led us through the activities that stimulated active listening and collaboration, which are key elements in facing daily challenges with unity and determination. Basketball best represents the necessity of harmonious and well-coordinated team play: every action requires players to be aligned, ready to support each other and aim for collective success.

The choice of this discipline is not casual, but in continuity with the collaboration with Humus Basket Sacile, a junior sports organization that we proudly support. We are delighted to have been able to involve a group of Humus Basketball players in this day, who brought enthusiasm and sportsmanship to the game, during a match with our colleagues.
This day was a time to reflect on our values and how we are working together. Active participation, shared emotions and strengthened connections show how strong the Oesse team is, on and off the field.
