“Human Warmth Heat Exchangers”: how to use the power of fairy tales in corporate change processes and make a children’s book of stories.

Recently all Oesse employees participated in a “Social Storytelling” event, as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility path undertaken by the company.

Before the teamwork, the Managing Director Francesco Scandolo introduced the concepts of CSR and indicated the path that the company is taking in this direction.

Then the staff, coordinated by FuturSkill Italy experts, was divided into groups. Each member of the team developed one of the fundamental elements of a story, and helped to elaborate a tale, focused on the company values such as respect, team spirit, curiosity, transparency, responsibility, enthusiasm and expertise

The 7 stories created, will soon become a real booklet for small readers, which will be donated to the association La Biblioteca di Sara and other institutes and hospitals.
