At Oesse, we specialise in providing integrated cooling solutions tailored to our clients’ specific needs. Among our diverse offerings, we develop custom cooling systems for every kind of hydrostatic system.

An off-road industrial OEM, with customers in the recycling sector trusted us for the development of this cooling system capable of dissipating 80kW of heat, at high ambient operating temperatures.

We designed this hydraulic oil cooling module to fit within the space constraints of their tracked machine that also facilitates the carry-over of existing OEM components, ensuring consistency across the client’s machinery range.

Key features of this cooling system include twin axial fans selected for their airflow performance and low noise levels. Each fan is powered by an 11cc GR2 motor and includes an outrigger bearing assembly for support and durability. The heat exchanger’s input and output connection ports were designed to minimize differences from other machines within the OEM range, facilitating easier integration and assembly.

The development process involved close collaboration, resulting in a product that meets performance requirements and aligns with the client’s brand image. The final design is modern and functional, balancing aesthetic appeal with operational efficiency.
